An acronym for a game called Baldi's Basics in Education and Learning, created by a man named Micah McGonigal, also known as mystman12. The game is a mock horror-esque reference to old educational computer games made in the 90's era, however this game itself is far from educational in the slightest. The creator himself even states in the game's beginning that this game was not meant for educational purposes, rather as entertainment.

The main focus of the game is to try and collect seven different notebooks, as directed by the school's teacher, Baldi. Upon beginning the game, you are greeting by him, and he walks you through the steps on how to solve simple math problems to progress and collect more notebooks. However, upon reaching the second notebook, one of the equations becomes incoherent and ultimately unsolvable, and any wrong answer you give sends Baldi into a rage, forcing the player to traverse the maze-like school while avoiding being hit with Baldi's ruler. Many other characters are added into the mix as well, some of which help and others hinder your playthrough of the game.

Primarily, the game focuses on strategy with aspects of luck added into the mix, and is a more mellow edition of horror, allowing for even children to play it without much problem. The game is free, however limited in content, and mystman12 plans to create a much larger and more expandable version of the Baldi's Basics game, planning for it to release late in 2019.
"I think BBiEaL is a pretty decent game. It's not fantastic, but it's most definitely entertaining while it lasts."
