As hell: a phrase used to emphasize the extremeness of an adjective, usually added at the end of the sentence, after said adjective.

1. Describing a state of mind of not giving a fuck and going hard in the paint. Normally involves drinking excessively, chasing pussy, talking shit, doing massive amounts of drugs, and generally partying your ass off.

DUMB AS HELL
When one does not use their brain. When something unbeleivebly stupid happens that you cant take it and you just yell "DUMB AS HELL". Ghetto. When your parent says something that makes no sense whatsoever so you say You dumb as hell". Making fun of someone who cant talk. When you watch Napoleon Dynamite. When you see a VW with eyelashes. When you see a pimped out PT Cruiser with the flames.
If you've tacked on an after market wing spoiler to your beater car then your either incredibly confused or just "DUMB AS HELL".

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.
