Etymologically derived from the operating system Arch Linux and the names of Linus Torvalds and Linus Sebastian - each recognized for developing the Linux kernel and propensity to accidentally f u m b l e pre-production computer hardware more expensive than your car on YouTube videos, respectively.

Being "promoted" to this role typically entails suspension without pay or pending termination of employment.

Tim: Yeah I messed up my custom Arch install and accidentally formatted my C:/ drive with my old OS and files still on it.
