Aphantasic

Noun;//
Used to describe someone with Aphantasia.
A mental sympton described by Francis Galton, a British pioneer in intelligence eugenics in the year 1880. And this research hasn't come to light up and till the year 2005, 14 years as of now.

The symptom is psychological, and people who are Aphantasic struggle with being able to visualize or picture anything in their head. Imagining objects or colour etc. would be impossible if them.

Their are cures to this symptom. There are many articles and videos that can help you begin to visualize a lot better.

As an aphantasic, I've found a way to visualize objects in my head thanks to numerous articles I read. So if you're Aphantasic -- there is a cure. You just have to work on it and slowly but surely, you will gain the ability to visualize.

Hope this definition was clear.
Friend: Imagine if you was a bird flying in the sky. How cool would that be?
Me: I with I could, but I can't.
Friend: Why's that...?
Me: I'm aphantasic. Look it up!

aphantasia

Aphantasia is a misnomer, commonly referring to the inability to create pictures or images within your head. It affects less than 2% of the population. It does not affect visual memory or imagination/creativity.
A good metaphor is if you imagine your brain as a computer, your eyes as a keyboard, and your mind's eye as a monitor. The computer and keyboard still work, but the monitor is unplugged.

"What is that?"
