Aimah is the most beautiful person you will ever see. She is probably short but adorable, she would rather eat pizza and drink lemonade then go out to a club or some shit. She can be the nicest person you've ever met or a petty bitch, depends on how you approach her. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
