Standing for Anti U-Tube Troll Police of little kids that have made their life mission to terminate the UTTP. What first may seem as a "noble cause" (fighting the UTTP) is actually just a bunch of kids on both sides chugging out insults at eachother or even people that aren't really involved in hopes that other web users acknowledge them. At their core, they are just the UTPP reskin without the racism, but with all the cringelords and snot ingestors. They also can't take a joke for their life if they believe it offends any community even slightly, which is the majority of internet jokes and has been for a while. They also post extremely confusing slop videos bit crunched with a bunch of random effects made in kinemaster that if seen by the "untrained eye" just seem like compilations of the brainrot inflicted upon them.
