20-minute lull
The phase in any conversation, usually occurring every 20 minutes or so, where the conversation gets quiet and no one really knows what to say. This is the point in the conversation where everyone involved will be desperately fishing for topics and might take up talking about the weather.

20 Minute Snooze
A young, attractive male has been partying like a mother fucker for the past 2 weeks. The only time he takes off for partying is to go out for a nice big dinner. Then he proceeds to tell everyone that he has gotten only 20 minutes of sleep the past week and he needs his rest. The group then calls his ass out on it and calls him a bull-shitter. Shortly after this, he will end up clubbing for the 15th straight night.
Dis: Yo man I doubt I'm going out tonight
Nasir: Why man it's friday?
Dis: I know man it's a great night for clubbin but I only experiences the 20 minute snooze last night.

Texas is categorized as a swing state in presidential elections, but has voted for Republicans more times than for Democrats in recent history. As such, as demographics change political alignments, some Democrats believe that Texas will vote blue, or Democratic, due to their Hispanic and African American voters, who often align themselves with the Democratic Party's liberal wing.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
