A phrase used to describe taking an extraordinary amount of time, extreme patience, or meticulous effort to complete something to absolute perfection. Derived from the exact time it took to draft the Indian Constitution. It is also used sarcastically when someone takes way too long to respond or complete a very simple task.
Example 1: "Bro, it was just a simple text! Why did you take 2 years, 11 months, and 18 days to reply? Are you drafting a constitution?"
Example 2: "Look at the level of detail in this project; it feels like he spent 2 years, 11 months, and 18 days perfecting it."

An awkward age where one is not legally suppose to drink, but one can buy cigs and super lotto tickets. This age is further iritating since it limits one's abilities to legally gamble. However, fake ID's that are well made can sometimes give entertainment relief.

A boy who tells everyone that hes 2 years older than he really his, claiming his name "2 Years" Beers. Beers has been in many song also... Such as, AC-42's "Two Years with Beers" song in 2011, which was a major hit in the UK. Beers isn't very pleased with his name, but, when yu lie about 2 years, it's gonna ryhme with Beers...

Boffin
British slang for a scientist or technical expert, esp . when the speaker is not certain of the expert’s specific field of study. Not necessarily derogatory, but typically used by persons without a technical background. In the US, the equivalent would be “egghead”, “squint”, or “geek.”
Origin of the word is unknown. Started sometime in World War 2. Given the typical evolution of British slang, could easily have started because what these experts did was confusing or “baffling” to the common person.

When you have to pee in a movie but don’t want to miss anything, and must do the following mental equation: will the amount I have to pee cause enough discomfort to diminish my attention capacity for the remainder of the movie to an extent which is greater than the amount of the movie I would miss by making a mad dash to the restroom.
