Literally the kindest and hottest person you will ever meet. He’s tall, built, and excuse me if I have said this before, um HOT. People, especially girls he comes in contact with either become his friends or fall deeply in love with him. Not to mention, Dohoon is SUPER talented. He pretty much masters everything he touches, over one night. Despite this, Dohoon never brags about his unknown talents and stays humble and let’s his skills speak for themselves. Some things he’s good at are sports, music, dancing, and brushing his teeth. Even though he’s the most popular kid, you can always count on being able to talk to him. A more modern and specific variation of cat lady.. a frustrated, childless, often incel individual who typically hangs out on social media, espouses very left-wing views, thinks of their self as a snark queen, and owns pet(s) that - in the most literal sense - take the place of actual children in their life.

The term comes from the hundreds of profiles of liberal/feminist women claiming to be the "mother" of small dogs - which is most common - but can also apply to all genders as well as obsessive owners of cats and other animals.

"Hey Darius, you know that #BlueWave lady on Twitter who kept calling you 'baby' and screaming about tax returns during your argument? She just said she's the proud Dogmom of two yorkies, a yorkiepoo, and a chihuahua... its safe to say all has been explained."

Dohooya is used with no prepositions.
Another meaning is "very". This meaning generally used in ironic and rhetoric questions.
