... is a phrase stating that you feel something is worth your time and attention. The phrase stems from the concept of the popular television show The Voice, where judges had to turn their chairs around to express an interest in a particular singer.

me: Did you see the new girl?
my friend: I'd turn around for that!
me: Uh... good to know. So... she seems really cool.
my friend: ... (crickets)
me: Ok... So... what do you want to get for lunch. I was thinking about trying the new place on the corner of Baldwick.
my friend: I'd turn around for that!

handbrake turn

while driving, pulling up on the handbrake while simultaneously turning the steering wheel, thus enabling the rear of the car to be carried through the turn as the rear wheels lock. as the handbrake turn is being executed, a ridiculous screeching sound is heard from the back tires.

Bootleg Turn 

A defensive driving maneuver, also used as a stunt and in extreme situations where a 180-degree turn is required in very little space. Performed by driving forward, then suddenly steering left or right, rotating the car 180 degrees, then driving off in the opposite direction.

The move originated in the Prohibition era, when bootleggers would modified automobiles and created extreme driving maneuvers in an effort to outrun police.

Not to be confused with the J-turn.

Anyone transporting a VIP through dangerous territory should know how to bootleg turn: you never know when you'll be ambushed!

Rusty Turn Boner 

When a male engaged in vigorous anal sex breaks his dick inside said anus. Upon the breaking (and after all the anal pressure) the person receiving the anal sex becomes incapable of containing themselves and releases their fecal matter all over the broken penis. Therefore, making it a "Rusty Turn Boner."
