The term, originated in Minneapolis, is used to describe people who have a bunch of randomly poorly done tattoos on their body. Their body looks like a notepad.

Have you seen Nikki Swan's tattoos? Yeah, her body looks like a notepad of bad ideas.

Software that clearly was written by "Learn Java in 24 Hours" graduates. Causes your computer to slow dramatically and makes email collaboration a terrible experience.

Executives chose Lotus Notes because it is clearly better than Outlook.

Opposite of "yesterday", so it must mean "tomorrow". Oh, right --- of course it does --- it's spelled a lot like, "not today", so it must mean a subsequent day from the present one.

Or maybe "noterday" refers to the weekly 24 hours when all the "noters" perform their assigned clerical duties in a noter republic.
