Russian phonetic pun on phrase "analogov net" meaning unparallel , unmatched, used in Kremlin propaganda texts about new weapon or piece of tech made by Russians.

In such pun form, it's written as two words: anal (of the ass) and govnet derived from govno (shit).

So the whole phrase is approximately meaning "a shit coming from one's ass" , deriding low quality or incapability of the piece of technology in question . Because everything made by Russians is shitty

The new russian fighter jet Su-57 is typical analo-govnet. Great on papers, but cannot fly without incidents

A student who attends a Governor's school. The common govies is considered separate among the common classification of a student mainly because of their use of knowledge, academic skills, and their ability to locate each other in a crowd of people. Govies tend to have the potential to change the future.

For some reason that cannot yet be explained, the people who use this line almost always say stuff that would cause others to think they hate the people.

government indoctrination center

A public school. Used by advocates of homeschooling and school choice, and also advocates of extremely limited government, because these people believe that government-funded schools much necessarily be overtly favourable to government and unnecessarily unfavourable toward the private sector.

Yes you will have to pay the full cost of your child's education while continuing to pay the taxes that support government indoctrination centers, but the tradeoff is worth it.

The faster we close down government indoctrination centers, the more likely we can still restore America.

If you spend twelve to sixteen years in government indoctrination centers learning that government has the role, responsibility and authority to oversee all relationships and organizations, you naturally assume that includes the church and the family.
