Cletus Bartholomew is one of the many Cletus variants. He is second best below Cletus Kasady. He is thoughtful and diligent and loves being goofy. If you go outside on a full moon at 3:33 am and shout “Cletus” he will appear floating down from the sky and will land in front of you. He grants you one wish before dancing away, bare foot.
