metal spikes or studs around the arms, neck, and waist.

Metal Head sticks
pretty strictly the Underground Music. However, many Metal Heads are very open-minded musically.
Metal Heads, no matter what the size, are efficient fighters. That metal on his person doubles as armor. Also, those lyrics don't just go in one ear and out the other. They stay in there and unleash a fury of hatred and adrenaline when triggered. Often times carries a knife or shank just waiting to use it on anyone that challenges them.
While dangerous or violent, most Metal Heads are some of the friendliest most down to Earth guys you'll ever meet.
