ball gag 

a bondage item that consists of a ball on a rope that is shoved into the victim's mouth and tied tight. Supposedly it's more effective at muffling yells.

In your mom's closet I found three lengths of rope, some handcuffs, and a ball gag, with bitemarks in it.

couch gag 

The joke towards the end of the opening credits to The Simpsons. Each week (or most weeks) something different happens when the family rush into the living room to watch the TV.

Various examples of the Couch Gag: the couch turns into a monster that swallows the family once they sit on it ... the end wall with the couch retreats down an increasingly long tunnel and they keep chasing after it ... Santa's Little Helper (their dog) is already sitting on the couch and snarls, hair bristling, as they close in ... the family crash into each other and break into little pieces on the floor with a noise like shattering porcelain.

Gallo Gag 

A chart documenting someone who’s obnoxious (or a GG) in great detail. When one looks at said chart the initial reaction is to “gag”. This is also the full word for the abbreviation GG.

Thomas: As you can see by this Gallo Gag Chart, the subjects has objectionable taste in clothes and needs grooming.

John: Please don’t make me Gallo Gag . I think it’s time you turned your life around--you need professional help.

cleave gag

This typically consists of a piece of cloth being tied over the partner's mouth, and is pulled between his/her teeth. A thick scarf is used to hold his/her mouth open, much like a ball gag.
