Tribal Ignorance 

The human condition whereby the primal need for identity and trusted association, prove to be more important than objective, critical thinking; and the quest for goodness, righteousness, and truth. Often magnified by a parallel lust for control, capital, and power.

It’s tough to explain why politicians will put party before country; my only explanation is that it is an example of tribal ignorance.

Let’s come up with something a little more patriotic sounding, I’m afraid that Radical Ignorance just doesn’t cut it.
