Shmegger is a combination of the words; Shekel mugger jewish nigger.
a black person who will try to manipulate you with jewish magic so he could rob you of your shekels (money).

Shmegh

(Pronounced shh-meh-ghh) Literally means 'the foreskin'. One of the most explicit and demeaning insults in the english language. Only to be used in extreme situations due to it's huge capacity to offend anyone whom is so unfortunate to hear it. Can be used as an exclamation, verb or noun. Often regarded as a worse insult than fuck, slut, dick, cunt, shit etc.

Exclamation: "SHMEGHHH!"

Verb: "I'm going to shmeghing bash him!"

Noun: "We're sick of this shit! Fuck You! You're such a shmegh!"
