Headquarter Hustle

The act of carrying a folder containing a 121 from a paper cut you incurred while studying policy for the sergeant’s test. Can also refer to carrying an empty folder in a headquarters setting in an attempt to pass yourself off as being extremely busy and unapproachable. All the while with an artificial smile in an appreciation you are not working the road.

I was going to ask Mark if he wanted to get coffee but he had the Headquarter Hustle down the hall.
