1) A very large, stalky woman with big legs, man voice, and a linebacker style torso.she's the woman at high school sports games that gets in fights with other fans, players, and/or refs.
2) A type of fist pump where you throw both your arms outward from your chest excessively as if doing double chest pounds multiple times.

The name litteraly comes from the saying everything about her was good, but her face. Used by all age groups but only by straight men predominatly in the south or "ghetto" city neighborhoods.
