When something is more about the appearence than the functionality or working.

Literal meaning: "I don't understand girls with high heels, it's fashion before function." (high heels are extremely uncomfortable, but fashionable)
Joke-like/metaphorical meaning:

-Look at that poser, can he even ollie?
-I don't think so, fashion before function. (Posers only look good, they can't do shit)
P.s. I'm not a native-speaker, so the examples might be a bit lame, but I'm pretty sure the definition is right.

fashion blog

A poorly contrived effort of bad writing, terrible quality photos and a complete non-understanding of the internet by girls who think that mainstream fashion needs to be blogged about despite the existance of fashion magazines that do it better and get paid for it.

I went to Vogue Fashion Week with about ten thousand other people who are probably blogging about on their respective fashion blogs - look at these really bad pictures of things I think are cool but are basically irrelevant to everyone and anyone.

A person who wears all different styles or fashions regardless of trends. Usually no concept of fashion whatsoever, therefore creating a mish-mosh of clothes. Sometimes so bad, it's cool.

Fashion Camper

Girls who go to camp just meet guys and be away from their parents for a couple of weeks. They are people who take a shower, shave their legs, put on globs of makeup, and straighten their hair everyday. These girls wear booty shorts which unfortunately give them terrible camel toes. Also they enjoy changing in front of cabin windows in hope that the boys cabin across the way will see. Later on in the night after sneaking out, they will meet up with some guy and give them a bj, even though they are 12. Oh, and at meals they will wear "war paint" which is actually just smudged glitter to mke them look like a "tribe" of middle school Ke$has.
