Causing harm to a fellow citizen by actively spreading false information, with the intent to incite violence. Illegal in most countries, to various degrees. Note: slander is spoken, and in written form it is called Libel.

What you say in that awkward moment where you want to make a cancer joke, but the person you're talking to either has cancer, or is gonna get offended by the mention of it, but instead of pulling out of it, you say "shancer" instead to throw them off. Shancer, of course, meaning penile cancer, but no one really knows that.
