A verbal expression to describe: 1)mysterious phenomena that defy conventional explanations 2)extraordinary events that leave one breathless and at a complete loss for words 3)ineffable experiences.

Usage is similar to the expressions "wow!" or "holy-cow!"
Example: Seeing an angel descend from the clouds, he blinked his eyes in disbelief and uttered the word, "momac!"
