Darling Boner

A condition that is caused by the sudden arrival of Darling after an extended period of absence. The last major outbreak of Darling boners occured when he returned from UofT several years ago. Experts believe that Darling boners are expected to become a seasonal outbreak every Christmas and Summer for the next several years.

Jeremy: Dude did you hear that Darling is coming back for christmas?!?!?!
Pepe: Yes he will be in tomorrow.

A celebrity or public personality who is popular with the mass media and well-known in their niche. A media darling will receive frequent, positive attention from the media for every move she or he makes, yet still be loved by the general public. The term was first coined by The Washington Post in the 1970s.

Notable media darlings: Jennifer Aniston, Sandra Bullock, Reese Witherspoon, Emma Stone, Beyoncé, Lauren Conrad, Kristen Bell, and Mila Kunis.
