Noun/verb. Portmanteau of “100% Cancellation”, meaning “to play hooky” or to “cancel all existing plans” in order to relax, chill or do something leisurely.

Likely originated in the stand-up paddle board (“SUP”) community.

It’s too nice outside today to work, cancel all my meetings, I’m taking a hundocan and going to the beach.
