To take someone out while motorcycle or mountain bike riding. Typically an aggressive overtaking manoeuvre that results in the person being overtaken crashing.

It was a typical Blom manoeuvre resulting in a crash. He’s crashed, how did it happen? He was Blomed. To do a Blom- meaning someone has overtaken in a way that caused another to crash.
