This is a expression used by some teenagers (in Trinidad) to express the their displeasure of a joke or insult especially if the insult was lame and unfounded or the joke was stupid and or not funny.

Person 1)
What do call a cow that eats grass from a grave yard?.....
A vampire cow!

Person 2) ......man Boo Dat!!
