Race Baiter 

Term often used as a smokescreen to suppress any legitimate discourse on the state of race relations in the United States or to deny the existence of racism in some form.

A reporter was accused of being a race baiter for suggesting that some, not all, of the criticism of President Obama is motivated in racism.

Baiting

Something posters do to gain post count. Posters post something dumb, waiting on other peoples posts so he can reply for some +1 post count. Also, posters can flame people as bait, so the person who was flamed will reply, and there will be a big argument, leading to alot of +1 post count. Largely used on the Vault Network forums (VN)

Bear-baiting 

v. A subset of bullying involving the act of luring a victim into an uncomfortable situation for the objective of humiliation. Such tactics led to the unfortunate death of Amanda Todd.

That guy was bear-baiting that girl into having sex with him while his girlfriend was on vacation.

To use feelings over logic to manipulate people's feelings on certain racial arbitrary which then conceeds people to express there feelings on black lives matters and other races/racial stands.

Blm is a race baiting organization that uses violence to spread it's opinions.
