When I(author) was a child,..I, as my children were /are ...quite able in lifting heavy awkward objects with ease...but my parents,and associates would say...."be very carefull ,or you'll bust your pooffoo valve",..as which was experienced later in my adult working life, caused by singularly sometimes lifting /moving 100kg objects ( automotive engine blocks,2x50kg bags of cement)..with much later aquired bowel prolapse ,and operation to rectify,.. surgery recovery period very painfull...so... good advice..".Don't bust your pooffoo valve"
