When you’re in a social setting that commonly occurs (like a work meeting) and someone in a leadership position tells another lame ass joke—which results in the (known) cheesedick of the group to start laughing in an exaggerated fashion to demonstrate to their boss that they are ready for their next promotion. These well known social perps are also well versed in asking retarded questions at the end of the meeting to show their boss that they’ll will gladly use their mouths for other purposes, like playing the hairy bagpipes.

Casey: “hey I was out of office during the all hands meeting last week, anything I missed?”
Brian: “nope, your typical dog and pony bs presentation, along with Dan acting like the world’s biggest SHNOSHLER every time the boss told a joke.”
Casey: “Dan loves putting his shnoshler mouth all over anything if he knows it’ll get him promoted.”
