A rainbow that occurs very rarely at night when it rains on a full moon. This is rare because the moon is not as bright as the sun.

NoCo

NOrth COunty. In this case, North County St. Louis, Missouri. Including, but not limited to, the areas of Florissant, Hazelwood, Blackjack, Spanish Lake, St. Ann, Overland, Berkley, Woodson Terrace, Bridgeton, and Unincorporated St. Louis County. Home of the Monster Truck "Bigfoot," St. Louis International Airport, University of Missouri St. Louis, BubbleHead Road, and Nelly's mom from what I hear.
Known for being kind of a rough area in parts, the stories are mainly hearsay, although they did find a body on Old Jamestown Road a couple months ago.

I'd rather live in NoCo with the thugs than in St. Charles with the White Trash.
