Hanh! is an expression to display excitement. It is a crunk word created by the Ying Yang Twins D-roc and Kaine. You would use it like in the club to let every one know that you are ready to get crunk.

If you play football with some friends, when you score a touchdown, Hanh! might be a word you would use to let your adversaries know that you are really into the game.
