Agorawebphobia(from Greek ἀγορά "marketplace"; web -short for world wide web- and φόβος/φοβία, -phobia) is an anxiety disorder. Agorawebphobia may arise by the fear of having a panic attack in a setting from which there is no internet connection. As a result, sufferers of agorawebphobia avoid unfamiliar places where the risk of not having an internet connection is high. In severe cases, the sufferer may become confined to his or her home, experiencing difficulty traveling from this safe place.
