noun. (pronounced duz duz)
someone that is gross.
a gross or bad looking person.
this word should be used for someone that is really bad looking and/or smells bad etc..

(since 144 is a gross, and 12 times 12 = 144, a dozen dozen is a gross. therefore a dozdoz = gross.)
