I can't get anywhere with this chick. Every time I make a comment she replies with a smart ass answer. She is a little Ms. Smarty Hotpants.

Anyone who uses their smart phone to try to impress people. Usually described by someone who does not own a smart phone.
Guy: "Check out what my new iPhone can do! Don't you wish you had one?"
Girl: "Oh, you think you're such a big shot with your Smarty-Pants Phone."

When a guy wears a tinfoil diaper coated with Smarties Candies. Once he fills the diaper it is then licked clean by the girl giving her a taste sensation of both delicious sweetness and lip-puckering sour. This is very popular with the "in-the-know" in Europe and with real-esate professionals.
1. She was acting like a baby so I showed her who her daddy was with a Cleveland Smarty-Pants.
2. My bitch went to the food court the other day but nothing tasted as sweet or as sour as the Cleveland Smarty-Pants I gave her last weekend.

Somebody who is pretty smart. You normally copy off this dude in class and pick on him occasionally. But at the end of the day, he knows he's needed to copy off of.

Blue Smartie Syndrome (BSS) is caused by ingestion of the additives E128 and E133. Other additives can cause similar effect, though the previous are the most used as examples. These are colours (Red and Blue respectively) found in many sweets and processed foods in varying amounts. They are known to cause hyperactivity in children, which can lead to INAD or hyperactive behaviour. Hence, it is extremely unwise to give smarties to hyperactive children, unless you want to prize them off of next door's TV aerial.
