When evidence surfaces that is inconvenient to your political party and so you flatly deny it without providing any sound reasoning or counter facts. Usually appeals to the authority of a like minded source of prominence

1. A would be debutante who would achieve such status were it not for the DUI arrests, constant scandals involving sex tapes, cocaine, or failure to wear underwear in public, and an overall "bad girl" persona that seems more sad than bad. Eg. Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears.

2. Any female celebrity who has achieved celebrity status despite having no discernable talent or actual reason for being a celebrity other than being rich, releasing a sex tape, or both. Eg. Paris Hilton, Nicole Richie

To systematically remove parts (as a rule, without the permission of the owner) of an existing building to be used in another building. The existing building is thereby debuilt.

The inhabitants of the informal settlement debuilt the empty buildings at the nearby train station over a period of five months.
