Theoretically

“I’m theoretically a fucken loser 😭🙏🙏”
Theoretically by Yankee☠️ July 27, 2024

Theoretically cute

When a chick looks good from far away or at a glance, but then the sad reality becomes clear that they are as ugly as the north-bound end of a south-bound horse when approached or when a better view is available. Also, cute in theory
Example 1
Dude: Bro, did you get a good look at that hottie that just passed us? I missed her.

Bro: Yeah dude, don't worry about it, shes only theoretically cute, nothin to worry about.

Example 2
Bro: Holy crap dude, you didn't tell me you had a sexy-ass neighbour!

Dude: Yeah cus she's just cute in theory

Theoretically fat

A way to get your siblings to leave you alone. It means that they arent really fat but you see them being that way. Or used as a really bad come-back when you absolutely have nothing else to say.
(Younger sister is bothering you)
Older sister: You are theoretically fat!
Younger sister: Haha thanks! (and leaves)

or
Person 1: Your ugly
Person 2: Your theoretically fat!
Person 1: Your mama's theoretically fat!
Person 2: No you didnt!

Theoretically Horny

One who thinks they are horny only because the do not have the means or will to carry out the acts of horniness. They think they are horny but have not carried out the true acts of horniness. They also might become not horny as the means arrive but they do not have the will and vice versa.
Man you ain't horny. You are just THEORETICALLY HORNY. That guy over there is real horny.

The person I would theoretically report it to

Already knew and her response to being told that they were fucking was "That's none of your business." But you wouldn't be saying that of the genders were swapped and the behavior of the higher-ups I would tell would indicate that THEY already knew. There was no one for me to tell, the people I would tell had it out for me, and I was fired for not doing it sooner.
Hym "The person I would theoretically report it to already knew. And this was not a business decision is was and is a publication made. I'm publishing papers. You are stealing it because is it better than anything you could manage to generate with your mentally retarded mind and for no other reason. THE ONLY BUSINESS DECISION BEING MADE HERE... Is the one to STEAL FROM ME! Those are the 2 decisions being made. One to steal from me and the other to allow it. If I can't get to one of you I CAN get to the other."

Theoretical bug

When you discover that your code is not giving the right results, not because there is any bug in your program, but because there is a bug in the theory on which it is based.

Theoretical bugs are rare but more common than thought. When you find one, your perception of the world improves quantically.

A more day to day example, it is when you realize something you never saw before, not because it was not there, but because your mental model of the world didn't include it.
case 1
JC: I've been trying to find the bug in this program all night, but its looks perfect. Don't know why sometimes is producing weird results.
Guru: Its time to chase some Theoretical bugs.

case 2:

Linux_user: The problem with microsoft is not that they produced bad programs, but they copypasted so much software from other people, that the outcome was a walking Theoretical bug. At some much extent that, when it crashed it means it was really working.
