Deconstituted

To have reduced something substantially, to the point where said thing is no longer sufficiently complete to be considered to be that thing, prior to an action's being performed to reconstitute it.

Note: Reconstitution may require a single simple step (such as adding boiling water), or a complex plurality of steps, but the potential for returning said thing to its original form must have been intended for deconstitution to have taken place. If reconstitution was not intended, then the thing was merely destroyed/consumed/ruined etc.
Example 1:

Son: "Do we have any Thai green curry left?"

Mom: "Sure, it's in the cupboard. It's deconstituted, though, so you'll need to add two cans of coconut milk, some basil, and toss in some chicken meat, and then cook it on medium-high for about 10 minutes."

Son: "So that's a "no", then."

Example 2:

Lawyer: "I got those files you sent me in my email, but I can't do anything with them. I sent them to my IT people, and they couldn't even identify what they were supposed to be? They must have become corrupted in transfer."

Client: "No, no - they were deconstituted, on purpose, for security reasons. I don't trust public key crypto, and these documents contain critical stuff which is for your eyes & ears only. Now that I have you on the phone, I'll give you the link and password for where you can get the reconstitution tools and the holdback portion, so you can decode them."

Lawyer: "Cool! Give'em to me... Wait, did you say "eyes and ears"?

Client: "Yeah, there's two textual documents, four image files, and a 5 minute video of me explaining how the process works, for your patent guys. Anyway, point your browser to ....., and login as your last name, with the password 'bananahammock'"

Reconstituted family

A reconstituted family (also known as a blended family) is the sociological term for the joining of two adults via marriage, cohabitation or civil partnership, who have had previous relationships and children from them.
A man breaks up with his wife and got divorce and either re-married another woman or moves in with her. He also brings his children from his previous marriage. Therefore, it becomes a reconstituted family. The children will be known as step children.

deconstitutionalized

When something is removed from its original context or source, often used in sociology
The politician used a deconstitutionalized quote to attack his opponent

deconstitution

A political stategy to remove or severely limit enforcement of provisions in the constitution that generally provide more freedom and liberty and rights by selectively enforcing provisions in the constitution that protect the rights of minorities and disadvantaged and basic freedoms of all. Also to knowingly appointing judges that will remove or severely limit provisions in the constitution that protect citizens, by writing absurd strategic legal opinions that misinterpret the constitution and to take provisions from the constitution out of its present-day context. so political, economic and social justice is perverted in favor of special interests.

Technically this strategy of deconstitutionalizing government can be done legally by directly changing the constitution, however, it is rarely done, mainly because taking away constitutional rights is highly unpopular.
Typically provisions are added to the constitution to give more rights and to remove loopholes.
Deconstitution is much like the political strategy of deregulation for nefarious purposes, such as to allow negative externalities and consumer fraud which hurt people in favor of special interests.
In most cases, the Constitution is clear and concise with regard to basic rights and freedoms. However, there is a major effort to promote the deconstitution of government so that politicians have the freedom to do what they want to whoever they want.

deconstitutionalize

To get rid of Capitalism in United States shortly after converting into socialist country; purpose to succeed in shrinking socioeconomic gap.
When Bernie Sanders wins the election he will deconstitutionalize our country's old laws and bring back 40 percent of the United states income that the top one percent owned. Surely this will bring our country into a economic stability.

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.

endwarfins

The rush of neurotransmitters and neuropeptides triggered specifically by watching the Seven Dwarfs march home singing "Heigh-Ho" — that particular high of pickaxes, whistling while you work, and communal domestic bliss in a cottage built for men half your height.
I only meant to watch the Heigh-Ho scene for the endwarfins, and then it was two hours later and I'd watched the whole movie.

Endwarfins aren't just a Snow White thing — I get the same hit off the Lollipop Guild in Oz.

Example 2:
“I think Dave is finally accepting his hair loss. He just went full caillou and shaved the whole thing off.”
