"Zoea" (plural "zoeae" or "zoae") refers to the early, free-swimming larval stage of many decapod crustaceans, such as crabs and lobsters.

By extension it is the name given to those who picked Rust as their first programming language.

Rust has a reputation for being hard, but I know a zoea that is doing surprisingly well.
