When one picks a zit and it starts bleeding and then they lick it, or dab it with their saliver, to clean it and make it stop bleeding.

Shelly looks at Jack "Eugh, you burst your zit, didn't you?"

Jack "No!" (looks away embarrassed)

Shelly "I can tell, it's bleeding"

Jack "Woops, I better zitlick it" (licks his chin zit, or if he can't reach, spits on his finger and dabs it)
