You call someone zacsy when that person has a horrendous, giant, amazing, beautiful, big d*ck. You can use zacsy too, if someone is very sexy and hot.

"Hey! Isn't your name zacsy?"
"No, why?"
"Oh, sorry you are just incredibly attractive and hot."
