Typically used in New England snow sports vernacular;
To wipe out in a grand or entertaining fashion, specially as a result of the unexpected snow conditions found on New England ski slopes.

To throw something unannounced or throw yourself into something, can also be used to describe making food

“Oh my god! Julia just yossed herself off the dock”
“I yossed myself some food today, it was amazing”
“Did you see the way she just yossed that chicken?!”
