Can be used as an adjective, or an exclamation. Essentially, it's a basic ass white girl way of saying "yea" or "yes." As an adjective, it describes anything trendy, basic, unnecessary and overdone, especially if it's something you'd see a 14-year-old basic white girl post it on Instagram. Selfies that are overly posed and have a shitload of filters on them, long, trendy ombre hair, "wish I had a relationship like this" posts on Instagram, and generally, anything like that could be described as "yeaum."

Typhani, is that a new Michael Kors bag?
"Yeaum."

Said by a male in response to an instruction by a female for the purpose of indicating that she is being bossy or domineering.

Female: On your way home from work tonight, be sure to pick up the dry cleaning, buy catfood and milk, go to the carwash, return these books to the library, get Chinese take-out, stop at the bank and get a haircut.

Pronounced: YEEEEAuh!!!

An interjection very commonly used by Family Force 5. Pronounced with a very STRONG accent on "YEA". The "uh" is said rather quiet.

Used to express great satisfaction, approval, happiness, or is an amazingly cool (but odd) way to fill in blank spots in a ultra boring conversation.

Means same thing as Yeah, Yea, Yes, but is by FAR much cooler to say...
