A useless course in school where all you do is talk, or in other words “yap” and learn nothing valuable. these classes tend to produce the most egregiously smug and pretentious people who don’t know how to shut up, known as yapaholics. these types of classes include but are not limited to: astronomy, band, any religious or spiritual class, economics, and history class.

Person 1: that chick’s a yapaholic, we should sign her up for that new yapenomics course where they do nothing but read L. Ron Hubbard Writings and talk about how he’s TOTALLY not a false prophet
