Yeggot
(Noun) A triggered leftist/socialist that resides in Edmonton, Alberta (YEG). Often characterized on social media by frequently voicing loud; baseless and illogical arguments while unfriending, angrily commenting-on, and/or discrediting any person who dare oppose their totalitarian views all while virtue-signalling to other Yeggots' their politically-correct ideologies, cultural-tolerance, and sharing Instagram stories of day trips to the mountains. Likely to have a Ph.D in Philosophy or some other useless degree with a massive amount of student loan debt.
Those Yeggots wanted bike lanes and they aren't even using them!
"Ughh, The UCP, Rabble Rabble!" Exclaimed the Yeggot
I'm genuinely concerned about how public healthcare and education are to be actually funded indefinitely with the absence of a robust energy sector; said no Yeggot ever. "I don't need oil!" retorted the Yeggot.

grebo
West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
