Wreckulator

Noun - a person with the sole purpose of bringing despair to individuals "living the American dream" by luring them into the abuse of illegal narcotics in a recreational manner that has them fooled to be socially acceptable.

"Hey did you know Martha had been secretly smoking meth for two years before she was sent to rehab?"
"Yeah, I just found out. Ever since Jake came into her life she went on a downward spiral."
"Darn him, he just had to be a wreckulator."
