A windylicker refers to a retarded passenger on the special bus who licks the windows.

Term used in Northern Ireland to describe a person with mental or physical disabilities who stares at people through the window of a bus. Outside of Northern Ireland the term would be windowlicker instead windylicker.

Look at the windylicker with the hat at the back of the bus.
