The act or process of drawing peni on a public surface, most notably on other peoples belongings or public buildings.
These peni can range from the very basic to the extremely detailed based on the amount of time the offender has as well as their level of perversion.

The wienification of the man's face was done after he fell asleep at the party.

While the innocent man was not looking, his friend completely wienified his brand new folder.
