Words you can keep

Windows variables

Variables that windows uses (that you can use too) as shortcuts for files / directories (folders), typed in-between percentage symbols (%).
These are examples of windows variables (windows 7) :
%ALLUSERSPROFILE% -- C:\Program\Data
%APPDATA% -- C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming.
%USERNAME% -- Your user name that you are using.
%CMDCMDLINE% -- C:\Windows\system32\cmd.exe
%COMPUTERNAME% -- Computer name
Of course there are a LOT more, but they are too many to list in here.

constants and variables

according to the theory of "eternal return", where one is fixed to repeat their own life over and over again infinitely, the people who populate your lives each time are split into two categories:

constants are those that will ALWAYS be there with each cycle (family, parents, siblings, children, the individuals you had those children with)

variables are those that change with each cycle, that are not always present around you each time (friends, co-workers)
your life is full of constants and variables. the father of your child is a constant and the woman he cheated on you with is a variable.

Late variables

When you commit to do something fun with your friends only to be told by your partner you have to change your plans.
Ken: are you still coming on the holiday we planned?
Dan: sorry, I’m experiencing late variables.

External Variables (Scientific Research)

The chaotic, messy, and uncontrollable factors from the real world that invade a controlled experiment and ruin its beautiful, clean data. They are everything the researchers didn't think of, couldn't control for, or actively ignored to make their study publishable. If a lab study shows that people in a quiet room perform better on puzzles, the External Variables are the screaming kids, the pounding hangover, and the constant phone notifications of real life. They are the reason why a drug that works in 100% of carefully selected mice only works in 30% of chaotic, genetically diverse, cheeseburger-eating humans.
External Variables (Scientific Research) "That study saying productivity apps change your life controlled for every Internal Variable. But they didn't account for the External Variables: your battery dying, your boss adding more work, and your cat walking across the keyboard. The lab is a lie; the External Variables are always waiting outside the door."

Bill: "Fucking age gate! *quick scroll* THERE! I was born on January 1, 1904. Fuck you age gate."

West Midlands slang word for rockers, bikers, greasers etc. In the late 1980s it was used by the UK music press to refer to a specific scene centered around the bands Pop Will Eat Itself and Crazyhead. The term never found favour with readers of 'the inkies' (Sounds, Melody Maker and the still extant NME) and was soon dropped. Now often used in predominantly working-class areas of the midlands and the north to mean someone who listens to rock-derived music and/or dresses in a manner that suggests they affiliate themselves with rock music of some kind.
Some grebo passed with Sabbath playing on his stereo.
The Poppies are at no. 17? God, a grebo band in the charts!
They're playing nu-metal now, bloody grebos!
