Describing a bad, irritating, or unnecessarily stressful situation caused by the actions, presence, or incompetence of one or more people, likely results in a negative reaction whether by the person, or circumstances but could have been prevented had there been better judgement applied.

When someone intentionally " throws you under the bus ". Its typically a fire service term when your coworker tries to make himself look better in the eyes of management. Its typically employed by probationary employees who lack the self consciousness neccesary to be successful.
Luke: Hey Chili! Did you see that Les didnt restock the restock cabinet?

Chili: No I didnt notice that... But I know you would never do such a thing. Your such a good employee..

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my real birthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"

A)
The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.
