Trumpoyalty 

A type of loyalty that flows only one way. Usually upward to a person in power from a subordinate. This loyalty is expected and demanded from the recipient but never returned to the subordinate, even though the recipient believes that true loyalty is one of their personal strengths.

After Jeff Sessions endorsed Donald Trump for POTUS he became a victim of trumpoyalty.
